Your privacy and confidentiality matter more to us than anything we could gain from your data. This policy explains, in plain English, what NW IT Partners collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
The form asks for your name, company name, business email, phone number (optional) and a description of your IT needs. We use this only to reply to you, prepare for your consultation and, if you become a client, provide our services. Please don't put passwords or other sensitive details in the form.
Like every website, our web server records basic technical details of each visit: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working. We don't use them to identify you, build a profile of you or follow you around the web.
No accounts or passwords, no payment details, no location tracking, no analytics and no advertising profiles. We don't buy marketing lists or add data about you from other sources.
We use only what the site needs to work, or what remembers a choice you made. That's why we don't ask you to accept tracking: there isn't any. We don't use advertising, analytics or social media cookies, and no other company sets cookies through this site.
| Name | Type | What it's for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID |
Cookie, consultation pages only | Protects the form from forged submissions, keeps what you typed if something needs fixing, and shows the confirmation page. | Deleted when you close your browser |
nwit-theme |
Browser storage, only if you use the light/dark button | Remembers your light or dark choice. It stays in your browser and is never sent to us. | Until you clear it |
nwit-cookie-notice |
Browser storage | Remembers that you've seen the cookie notice, so it doesn't keep appearing. Never sent to us. | Until you clear it |
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, whether it belongs to our customers, people who contact us or anonymous visitors, and we never share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with the services above, so they can run the site for us, or when the law requires it, such as a valid court order. If our business is ever sold or merged, this promise stays with your information.
Do Not Track: we don't track visitors across websites, so the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
The site runs only over encrypted HTTPS. The website can add consultation requests to our database but can't read them back, and only the people who need to reply to you can view them. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your information, we'll tell you promptly, as the law requires.
We keep a consultation request only while we need it to follow up with you. If you don't become a client, we delete it once it's no longer needed, or sooner if you ask. Server logs are kept for a short time for security and then deleted.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm it's really you before we share or delete anything. Asking will never change how we treat you.
Working on your systems means we can see your business's email, files and devices. We look only at what the work needs, we never discuss what we see, and we handle your data under our service agreement with you. Client confidentiality is the foundation of how we work.
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll ask you first.
